Classes are available online and in person. The in person classes combine a balance of presentation, meditations, videos, and discussion. People often bring their lunch or dinner and I supply tea and snacks for the in person classes. It feels more like a party with like minded people even though students may be meeting for the first time!

At the start of the course we do introductions and I teach how to clear and protect yourself and your space. Next we look at where intuition comes from e.g. spirit guides, angels etc. Students will learn how to formulate questions to get clear answers for themselves and others. We explore the five intuitive pathways: clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, claircognisance, and dreams and we look at how to use each one. While we are discussing the ways that people receive intuitive information, students learn more about how that are already intuitive and how to fine tune it for accuracy. We look at which pathways are more reliable and how to tell if your message is true or false (i.e. discernment). 

Students will also learn various ways to connect with their spirit guides, angels their higher self, relatives  and the spiritual masters (eg Mother Mary, Kuan Yin, Krishna etc.). We also discuss the applications. Intuition is not just about prediction but can also be used for solving crimes, connecting with your spirituality, obtaining psychological insights, getting ideas for inventions or artistic creations, facilitating scientific discovery, and seeing how we could make the world a better place.

Students are asked to bring a number of questions to class that others can help to answer. People ask questions and we take time to practice doing readings for each other using various  techniques including: Magazine Method, Squiggle, the Inner Scan, Automatic Writing and Tuning In. I also teach the Envelope Method, Chair Technique and how to use crystals for psychic or spiritual development. People are often surprised at how accurate and insightful their readings are for each other! 

Threaded throughout the presentation are four inspiring videos about the intuitive process. It’s my way of inviting guest speakers to contribute their useful tips about the intuition. We view some short videos about mediumship, connecting with a spirit guide, pet communication and psychic art. I also guide the class through four meditations from Doreen Virtue's book ‘Divine Guidance’ for opening chakras or energy centres that increase intuition. The meditations are designed to clear the heart, crown, third eye and ear chakras for increased clairsentience, claircognisance, clairvoyance and clairaudience.
